Jigsol is built as a modular operating system where you only enable the modules you need. It uniquely combines hospitality-grade rota scheduling with revenue tracking, full HR with self-service onboarding, Sage-integrated payroll, Xero-synced financial reporting, and AI throughout -- from bookkeeping to ticket triage. Most platforms do one of these well; Jigsol does all of them in one place.

Jigsol Time is a dedicated Android tablet app for employee clock-in/clock-out. It features AI-powered face recognition using MobileFaceNet, PIN fallback, break tracking, and an offline-first architecture so it works even without internet. In personal mode, it supports GPS geofencing for field workers. The kiosk mode includes a screensaver, active staff board, rota viewer, and over-the-air updates.

The tronc module fairly distributes tips and service charges to staff based on hours worked multiplied by job title points. You configure department allocations and job title weightings, then the system automatically calculates each person's share. It supports both tronc-managed (troncmaster, no employer NI) and employer-managed tax treatment, with a full draft-to-paid approval workflow.

Yes. We have deep bidirectional sync with Xero (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, invoices, contacts, bank transactions) and direct integration with Sage Payroll (employee sync, payslip generation, pay element posting). We also integrate with GoCardless for open banking, Firefish for recruitment, Glofox for fitness, and 10+ more platforms.

AI is woven throughout the platform: Penny (AI Bookkeeper) learns from your invoice coding patterns with confidence scores; AI Ticket Triage routes support tickets to the right queue automatically; AI P&L Analysis generates variance narratives; Natural Language Search lets you query contacts and data in plain English; and Document AI extracts structured data from invoices and receipts.

Jigsol features team-based row-level security that restricts which contacts and data users can see based on their team's assigned locations and departments. Field-level restrictions can hide sensitive data like bank details, compensation, and payslips. The platform also includes MFA, an encrypted password vault, IP whitelisting, session management, and comprehensive audit trails.
