STEP 1 - INVITE

Send an Onboarding Link

Generate a secure, token-based onboarding link and email it to your new starter. No account or login required -- they simply click the link and begin. You can resend or retract invitations at any time from the email management panel.

How it works: Unique token-based URL, valid until retracted. Progress auto-saves so they can complete it across multiple sessions.

STEP 2 - COLLECT

Employee Completes Their Details

The new starter fills in their personal details, uploads documents (P45, bank statements, photo ID), and provides bank details. GoCardless Payee Name Verification confirms their bank account is genuine before submission.

Auto-save: Every field saves automatically as they type. If they close the browser and come back later, everything is still there.

STEP 3 - APPROVE

Manager Reviews and Approves

Completed submissions appear in the manager's pending queue. Review all details and documents, then approve or reject. On approval, Jigsol automatically creates the employee contact record -- ready for scheduling, payroll, and everything else.
